Third Idea for visual piece

Here is my third idea I have taken the time to create a couple of images which are featured in my short video which is playing alongside my chosen track.



My aim is to keep the  abstract theme going and attempt to illustrate it to music

One of three ideas *Entering another realm*

This is a short video of various images from manga, X-men & other cartoons.
As there is an option of an abstract theme I chose to name my first idea as fantasy.
The images I have chosen are to illustrate entering a world of fantasy and things beyond your wildest dreams.

My first Idea Projection Mapping

As I have now chosen my music for my vusual piece I have begun to look into how Hip Hop & Ballet can be fused together.
My first idea is to find a video of a ballet & hip hop performance then project it onto a building of my choice.

Below are a number of videos which showcased these two different dances coming together as one to make something unual and beautiful.

Projection mapping 16th January 2012

For my next project I have been asked to create a 6-8 minute visual piece for a band.
To help me prepare for this project I have begun to look into projection mapping videos which I've found on Youtube.
One of the most famous projection mappings created was the 4D Ralph Lauren campaign launch a few years ago. This took place on London's Bond Street infront of a large crowd of delighted shoppers.
The visual display was projected onto a building and showcased a catwalk taking place, a range of Ralph Lauren products and various other things.

What Made Jace Famous "Appearing on Harry hill's TV Burp"

Above is a 50 second video of  Jace Wills he appeared on Harry Hills TV Burp a few years ago after being featured on BBC1 When Teenage Meets Old Age.

Here he is singing Pass Out by Tinnie Temper.

Second edit of my 30 second advert based on Privacy

This is my second edit of  my Say Something Political brief which is based on privacy. In terms of how I changed it one was  by exaggerating the composition and lighting, secondly I cut one scene where jace is struggling to get into a house as he is trying to escape being hounded.

There are a number of things that still need to be changed before I submit my final edit at the end of term. To get a second opinion I decided to ask my mum what she thought of  my videos once she saw both of them.
She told me that she liked the composition, also how she could hear a noise at the beginning of the ad and also how Jace appears to be out of breath in another scene, as this made the ad more realistic and understandable.

With regards to my first edit my mum felt the point I was trying to get across was unclear and also she didnt like the title's  as they could have been designed better.

Things that need to be changed:

1. To take out the blackout scene
2. Change the title fonts
3.re-record the sound
